Site work for a mixed-use development in Barboursville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Cabell County Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of a single manufacturer's commercial-grade greenhouse. The greenhouse will be constructed on an existing concrete pad. This project is subject to federal prevailing wage rates. The successful bidder shall be required to pay no less than the U.S. Department of Labor minimum wage rates established for Cabell County, West Virginia. All payroll sheets are to be submitted to verify federal prevailing wages. Bidders will be required to provide a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond each equal to one hundred percent of the Bid Price. The bond shall be included in the sealed bid packet. Other bidding requirements are described in the Project Bid Manual.
