The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Site development of a new 60,000 square foot manufacturing building complete with site grading, paving and utilities, building foun- dation and shell, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing together with the necessary appertaining work. The project is to be complete and ready for occupancy within 365 days of issuance of a notice to proceed. Prospective BIDDERS may address written inquiries to Mr. Brian Tornes of Burgess & Niple, Inc. at brian.tornes@burgessniple.com. BIDDERS must comply with the prevailing wage rates determined under 29CFR 5.5(a)(1)(ii) (Davis Bacon Act) as specified in the Contract Documents. Attention to the BIDDERS is called to the Instructions to Bidders, which are included in the proposed Contract Documents. The Athens County Port Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible BIDDER. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or com- pany interested in the same. The Athens County Port Authority re- serves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
