Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elberton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of June 29, 2023, project was awarded to Milestone Construction but awarded amount is not available. This project consists of site work to complete the installation of the eight new asphalt tennis courts at Elbert County Middle School. The project scope includes mass grading, storm drainage, storm pipe work, concrete flumes, utility relocation, concrete and asphalt paving, tennis court surfacing, pavement markings, fencing, fine grading, laser grading, grassing, and other improvements associated with the tennis courts. Outline scope is general in nature. Representative shall be Project Manager or Estimator directly responsible for the bidding of this project. Any bidder may be required, at the discretion of the Owner, to furnish evidence satisfactory to the Owner that his proposed subcontractors have sufficient means and experience in the types of work called for to assure completion of the contract in a satisfactory manner. All Pre-Qualified Bidders for this project shall attend the Pre-Bid Conference. FAILURE TO ATTEND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF THE BIDDER.
