Renovation of a mixed-use development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.
Valuation: 500 Thousand - 1 Million Medina Recreation Center, Natatorium Upgrades Project. Base Bid construction estimate: $870,000.00. Total project including Alternates and contingency: $1,480,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Any proposals submitted after that time will be disqualified and returned. All proposals shall be submitted in triplicate on the provided forms, sealed and marked plainly on the outside envelope: Medina Recreation Center, Natatorium Upgrades Project. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates) No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law.
