Site work and paving for a road / highway in Shawano, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Rehabilitation project of 1 mile of STH 22 in the City of Shawano on South Main Street, Zingler Avenue to Green Bay Street and 0.25 mile of STH 47 in the City of Shawano on North Main Street, Green Bay Street to Shawano Creek in Shawano County. The pavement will be replaced with 6 inches of HMA. Curb ramps will be evaluated and those out of compliance will be reconstructed to standards or documented at technically infeasible. Spot repairs to curb & gutter and inlet repairs will be investigated. TPP and/or TLE exhibit(s) are anticipated. Traffic signals at Lieg Avenue and Division Street will be evaluated for replacement and a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon will be installed at the Mountain Bay State Trail crossing. Section 4(f) coordination may be required. Anticipated Construction Cost: $2,000,000-$2,999,999 Advertised Fixed Fee % : 7.25 Fixed Fee Notification : The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Wis DOT - RFP Engineering - Rehabilitation - Pavement Replacement *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
