The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid. All bidders must be licensed general contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing . The work is in one (1) Contract and consists of the following generally described work: CONTRACT 21-03 - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS o Two (2) New Raw Wastewater Fine Screens o One (1) New 100' O Final Clarifier o One (1) New 500,000 Gallon Prestressed Concrete Solids Holding Tank o One (1) New Cake Sludge Processor, Lime Silo and Conveyors o Covered Dewatered Solids Storage Area o Site Piping and Development. The allotted construction time is 365 calendar days.
