e Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including land surveying and related support of operational needs and special projects. These services shall be provided for an initial period of one (1) year, and Owner shall have the option to renew the Contract annually for a total period not to exceed five (5) years. All Proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with property and right-of-way surveying, topographic surveys (land based and hydrographic), photogrammetric mapping, subsurface utility engineering (SUE) including test holes, and special surveys of existing facilities or areas of interest. Specific needs include plat preparation, global positioning system (GPS) field survey and data collection efforts using mapping and survey grade GPS units. There will be no pre-proposal conference for this Procurement. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
