Synopsis for solicitation number N0018923Q0107 for Lenel Security System Maintenance Support Services The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixedprice contract. This requirement will be solicited as other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 12 "Commercial Items", and FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." Furthermore, this requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19 "Small Business Programs." The Brand Name Justification is attached in the solicitation. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 28 March 2023 at the following website: https://www.sam.gov. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web sites. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
