Mechanical Perform test & balance in building 1, 2, 4, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 Replace (3) air handling units in building 2 Replace ductwork in building 2 and 4 Install new duct heater in building 4. Replace DDC control system in building 2, 3, and 4 Install new hood in building 2 Replace water heater in building 3 Replace A/C window unit with split DX system for building 3.
