Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marysville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of: Replacement of wood siding and trim at Lindhurst High, South Lindhurst High, Cedar Lane Elementary, and Loma Rica Schools. Work to include, but is not limited to: Removal of damaged and deteriorated exterior TI-11 wood siding and trim, caulking all voids, installation of new moisture barrier and insulation as needed, and replacement of the damaged siding and trim to match existing building. 5. All Bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each Bid must conform to, and be responsive to, all pertinent Contract Documents. The Contract Documents include, by way of illustration and not by limitation, the Instructions to Bidders. Questions received after March 29, 2023 at 1:30pm may not be answered All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing via email to Brian Horn, Director of Purchasing, at bhorn@mjusd.com.
