The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to the Count y so that it is received within 8 working days after the bidder has received the contract for execution. Failure to do so shall be just cause for forfeiture of the proposal guaranty. The work in general consists of replacing the existing Spring Valley Road Bridge over Little Dry Creek with a new reinforced concrete bridge, placing aggregate base, placing hot mix asphalt, installing guardrail, placing rock slope protection, and traffic striping.
