The City of Pomona (City) is seeking quotes from qualified companies for Annual Weed Abatement Services for 51 Water Operation Sites, in accordance with the Scope of Services or Specifications stated herein. The City seeks to award a three (3) year contract. Required Qualifications and Experience: At the time of submittal, bidders must meet the following requirements: The Contractor shall meet all of the following minimum qualifications: 1. Possess a C27 contractor license 2. Must hold an Agricultural pest control business license issued by the California Department of Pesticide Regulations. 3. One (1) staff member or more will be required to hold a QAL (Qualified Applicator License) - categories A, B, C, & F. The Contractor shall provide evidence of compliance with applicable permits where specifically required in these Specifications. Additional evidence (copies of permits, etc.) shall be provided if requested by the City. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits related to the Services at its own expense.
