Renovation of an educational facility in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Durgin Concert Hall Upgrades referred to in the Contract Documents prepared by Johnson Roberts Associates, Inc. as and referred to as the Prime Designer. The Project consists of: renovations to the Durgin Hall auditorium, including but not limited to selective demolition, modifications to existing railings, doors and hardware, carpentry, painting, and new lighting and sound systems. The University of Massachusetts - Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bidsfor the Durgin Concert Hall Upgrades. The Project consists of renovations to the Durgin Hall Auditorium, including but not limited to selective demolition, modifications to existing railings, doors and hardware, carpentry, painting, new lighting and sound systems Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 A,A44A-J nd Prevailing Wage Rates apply. All bids shall be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit. General Bidders and Filed Sub-Bidders must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Update Statement with their Bid.
