Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City Manager reserves the right to refuse or reject any part or all proposals or to waive any irregularity in any proposal when she deems such action advantageous to the City of Fairmont. Purchase and Installation of new Rooftop Furnace and Air Conditioner for City of Fairmont Customer Service Building. Replace (1) Carrier packaged RTU (S#02312G30304) unit that serves the facility (1) New 12.5 TON Carrier packaged Rooftop Unit with Horizonal Economizer with Barometric Relief or approved equal Replace/Repair existing ductwork for proper fitment to existing gas line All high and low voltage wiring revisions Crane rental Proper system start-up and testing by authorized service installers Warranty on labor and parts Price removal and disposal of existing unit All questions by prospective bidders, including interpretations of "approved equal" value must be submitted in writing to Erin Parker, Purchasing Coordinator, by email at eparker@fairmontwv.gov or by mail to City ofFairmont, Attn: Purchasing Coordinator, 200 Jackson St., Room 305, Fairmont, WV, 26554 04/17/2023
