The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies interested in providing installation of Replacement Sheds at 20 (twenty) Public Housing Units located in Fairmont, WV. The public housing program provides affordable rental options for low-income families and is primarily funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. All questions and requests for accompanied site visits shall be directed to Mark Malone at mmalonefmhousing.com The project is located at: Harlem, Courtland, and Columbia Street The project sites are located within the city limits of Fairmont. o Installation/Delivery of twelve (12) 10 x 16 wood sheds with at least 50 year LP smartside primed siding, metal roofing, LP flooring, a wood man door at each end and a dividing wall o Installation/Delivery of eight (8) 6 x 8 wood sheds with at least 50 year LP smartside primed siding, metal roofing, LP flooring, and a wood man door o Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials and labor to complete project. o Contractor is responsible for traffic control during the project. o Contractor is responsible safe work practices when performing this work o Contractor is responsible for obtaining a City of Fairmont Building Permit
