A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Section #1 Parking Lot Lighting 3 new pole set 6 new LED lighting distributed over the parking lot Ball Field Lighting: Replacing existing lights with new LED equivalent lights 70,000 Lumen Hight output LED lighting on existing poles Utility Room: Placing outlet in utility room for DVR Pavilion #1 Area: TEOART 17 1800 Add 2 circuits in pavilion area Add additional outlet boxes Outlets placed on outside of bathroom/utility room building with weather proof enclosures CHARTERED VIRGINIA Concession Stand: Clean up unused electrical and label system No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications or other bid documents will be made to any bidder orally.
