The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, University of Massachusetts Lowell will receive sealed proposals: Data & Voice Structured Cabling Scope- This work may include, but not be limited to, low voltage structured data cabling, both copper and fiber, and related work such as terminations, labeling, faceplate installations, racks, patch panels, related equipment and installation of wireless access points for project management. Each general bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of total bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified or treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company (personal check or cash not accepted) payable to Umass Lowell. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive.
