PA DOT 2RC: Price per Ton not screened, picked up at pit and tailgate spread not less than 300 Ton per 8 Hour day 4. PA DOT 2A: Price per Ton picked up at pit and tailgate spread not less than 300 Ton per 8 Hour Day 5. PA DOT 2A, 5% or less Deleterious Shale: Price per Ton picked up at pit and tailgate spread not less than 300 Ton per 8 Hour Day 6. AASHTO #8/PA DOT 1B (Washed): Price per Ton, <1.0%passing the #200 sieve, picked up or delivered 7. AASHTO #57/PA DOT 2B (Washed): Price per Ton picked up or delivered 8. AASHTO #8/PA DOT 1B (Un-Washed): Price per Ton picked up or delivered 9. AASHTO #57/PA DOT 2B (Un-Washed): Price per Ton picked up or delivered 10. NSA Black Cinders: 1000 Ton more or less, delivered Winning bid must supply PennDOT Annual Recertification Report. Picked up item prices will be justified by cost per mile per ton. Performance Bond or Bank Letter of Credit is required of all successful bidders. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the township. Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all informalities in connection therewith, to re-advertise, and to accept the bid that, in their opinion, is in the best interest of the township.
