Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ford City, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the construction of a 1,040-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of June 20, 2023, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The project consists of the construction of a 40' x 26' pre-engineered steel building or concrete masonry building on a concrete pad. Contractor may submit bid on eithe Base or Alternate Bid separately or both. Bid Security comprised of a certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the City Borough Municipal Sewage Disposal Authority executed by the bidder and a company satisfactory to the Authority, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal. All shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, BID SUBMISSION. Ford City Borough Municipal Sewage Disposal Authority hereby reserves the , which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening.
