Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ford City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contract 2022-1: The replacement of approximately 4,000 lineal feet of CIP water line, service lines, hydrants and all associated appurtenances, paving, sidewalk and other surface restoration. Contract 2022-2: All paving, sidewalk, curb and other surface restoration beyond the limits defined in Contract 2022-1.A pre-bid conference is not planned for the Project.Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bid shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder for both contracts 2022-1 and 2022-2 combined based on the aggregate sum of both contracts. Separate bids for Contract 2022-1 and Contract 2022-2 will not be awarded and bid prices for both contracts must be submitted as outlined on the bid schedule. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply to Contract 2022-1. Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates will apply to Contract 2022-2. The Contract Documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matters.
