A. Provide a new replacement Trane Air Handling unit with Duct needed. Include all installation materials as required, including but not limited to such items as sheet metal, dampers, ductwork, insulation, controls, structural steel, conduit, power and control wiring, fittings, controls, paint, plaster, cement, roofing, roof curb, ceiling tile, etc. B. Furnish all tools, lifts, ladders, Gym floor protection, scaffold, drayage, cranes, etc., for a full and complete job. Furnish all permits required. Dispose of old equipment as directed by the Owner. C. Furnish all labor for removal, installation, supervision, startup, commissioning, air balancing, training, warranty, etc. for a full and complete job. D. Do all that is necessary to fully complete all work as hereinafter further specified to the Owner's total satisfaction. E. The existing units will be removed and placed in a delegated area in parking lot for school to scrap. Lenape Technical School, 2215 Chaplin Avenue, Ford City, PA 16226, will be receiving bids for the following: Removal and Replacement of Air Handling Unit - Lenape Technical School The Board of Directors of Lenape Tech reserve the right to reject all or any part of these bids and to waive any informality which in its judgment does not serve the best interest to the board.
