1. Remove shingles to expose wood decking 2. Inspect and repair any compromised wood decking 3. 2 rows ice guard on all eaves, 30# felt on remainder of roof deck 4. Ice guard in all valleys and around all pipe and chimney penetrations 5. T style drip edge 6. New pipe boots and tuck point chimney flashing 7. Starter strip along entire perimeter of roofand6-8nailsper shingletoincrease wind warranty 8. 40 year or better shake style shingles with a similar workmanship warranty 9. Bell Tower: Remove plywood walls and replace with red cement board, apply flashing to building roof, replace tower roof as above. 10. Liability insurance and appropriate licensing as required by law. 11.Terms;50% on acceptance, Balance on satisfactory completion 12. This project must follow federal funding guidelines (prevailing wage). Work to be completed within 30 days of start date, no later than 10-1-2023
