The Riverside Manor Connector Construction project involves the construction of sidewalk to fill in the current gap in pedestrian access along the west side of Fall Hill Avenue, between Riverside Manor Boulevard (adjacent to the residential areas of the Riverside Manor Townhome and the single family homes in the corner of Fall Hill Avenue and Vidalia Street) and Carl D. Silver Parkway. This project will construct a sidewalk retrofit utilizing the engineering sidewalk improvement documents for the Riverside Manor Connector. Pedestrian signals and crosswalks will be constructed as part of this effort. Construction will be performed in accordance with the engineering plans, construction documents and related all related manuals, standards and documents. CLARIFICATION OF TERMS & QUESTIONS: If any prospective Offeror has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, then it is the Offerors responsibility to contact the Purchasing Office and submit questions in writing, no later than Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Oral requests for information will not be accepted. No further written inquiries will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. local time on April 18, 2023. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by an addendum issued by the Purchasing Office. Any addenda, notifications, extensions, cancellations or changes will be posted after Friday, April 21, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. on the Citys website No other notification will be provided.
