Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard of $36.5M. Service Code Z1DA. Project Description: Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design-build services necessary for design and construction of a project titled "Parking Garage Stairwell Upgrades and Repair". The project involves the upgrade and repair of various deficiencies within the 9 parking garage stairwells, located in the West and East parking structures of the WPB VAMC Campus. This solicitation will be evaluated on a Trade-Off basis. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) Phase Design/Build IAW FAR Part 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit proposals in Phase II. Block 13 A refers to Phase 1 Proposals.
