Renovation of an educational facility in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Provide and install 1-10x10x7 6 walk in freezer with the following accessories. a. 5 panels with galvanized stucco finish b. Reinforced floor with smooth aluminum skin. c. 4 LED light with pilot light switch d. 36x84 heavy duty door e. Heated interior ramp with aluminum diamond plate cover f. 460/3 ph air cooled condensing unit & unit cooler g. Intelligen controller h. All required trim & flashing. i. MARS model LPN248-1UA-08 Air Curtain above door. 2. Exterior unit to be mounted on floor of mechanical room next to existing cooler/freezer condensing units. 3. Power to be fed from existing panel located in mechanical room. 4. Remove ceiling grid and tile above new freezer location. 5. Relocate sprinkler head from above new freezer location. 6. Remove existing 8 liner slot diffuser and replace with 2x2 diffusers. 7. Remove 2 existing 2x4 light fixtures, relocate 2 additional fixtures to be between new and existing freezer. 8. Permit for work. 9. Any change in scope will be done by Change Order on lump sum or T&M Rate. Question Deadline: 4/27/2023 01:50 PM (CT)
