Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jasper, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. The trail construction portion is estimated to come in around $45,000 - $50,000. The City of Jasper is seeking an experienced, professional trail builder to perform specified mountain bike trail design-build construction on shared-use (bike/hike/trail running) trails in Doris Wigington Park, a City of Jasper owned and maintained city park utilizing the Trail Master Plan as prepared by Walt Bready of Trails B-Ready, LLC. It is not the intent of this project to develop trails suitable for electric or gas-powered vehicles. The selected trail builder will ideally have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working on similar projects. Incomplete proposals may not be considered if the omissions are determined to be significant. The contract award, if any, will be made to the Respondent who, in the City's sole discretion, is best able to perform the required services in a manner most beneficial to the City. The City of Jasper reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if deemed in its best interest. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
