The Orleans Town Administrator will receive sealed proposals for all contracted Plumbing and Gas Inspector services for the period beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 with the Town having the option of extending each individual contract annually for additional two years. The total term of the contracts will not exceed three years. Proposals must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes indicating the applicants name and mailing address and clearly marked PLUMBING & GAS INSPECTOR'S NON-PRICE PROPOSAL and PLUMBING & GAS INSPECTORS PRICE PROPOSAL. The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and waive any informalities in the procedures to the extent allowed by law and make the award as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The proposal award will be made on or before May 26, 2023.
