ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General Construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Exterior wood window, door and column painting. General wood window, door and column repairs. 2. Exterior painting of approximately 60 wood window and door openings of various sizes and painting of approximately 6 wood entry columns. 3. Exterior painting of wood window and door openings of various sizes and wood entry columns, see plans for locations. Paint abatement work by owner to be coordinated by General Contractor. 4. Exterior outer wood sill replacement at indicated openings, see plans for locations. 5. Interior window trim repairs, see plans for locations. 6.
