The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the complete replacement of an existing 60 ft. long, 72" corrugated metal pipe with a 72" reinforced concrete pipe with concrete headwalls. The work also includes installation of a temporary cofferdam, milling and paving of the existing roadway, drainage improvements, and all other work necessary and incidental to the construction of Clubhouse Culvert. Estimated construction cost range: $0 to $1,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
