Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a bid, undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at following email address: infosoumission10@sqi.gouv.qc.ca.
