Reference number : 1701578 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-03 Submission sent electronically accepted: No NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT tenders, sealed and endorsed, relating to sump pit cleaning, sump pump service and residential septic tank emptying for the years 2023 to 2026 (36 months) will be received at the office of the undersigned until 2 p.m., April 13, 2023 . The documents will be available as of March 22, 2023 exclusively from the Electronic Tendering System either by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or by consulting ; the fees established by this organization being applicable. The prices submitted must be fixed, firm and guaranteed for the entire contractual term. A fixed lump sum of ten thousand ($10,000) expressed in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or bond is required as a tender deposit. The irrevocable guarantees and the prices submitted must be valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the date on which the tenders are opened. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders and also reserves the right to accept them in whole or in part.
