Renovation of a mixed-use development in Topton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and library.
The contracts for the same will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidders for each trade taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the proposal for the performance of the contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For technical questions, bidders may contact Jack Morgan at 828-371-1376. The name and address of the bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of each envelope. Minority businesses, womens businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. 1. Install two (2) minimum 3-ton 15 SEER heat pumps with minimum 15kw supplemental heater units, one for room #2 and room #10. American Standard, or equal. 2. Install appropriately sized air handlers, one each in attic of room #2 and room #10. Each room to receive controls and be separate from each other. 3. Install adequate supply and return air for structure using referenced drawing.
