Site work, remodeling and renovation of a multi-residential development in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the remodel of a four-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This project is part of the Crownbrook Homeownership Initiative Redevelopment Plan, Known as CHIRP. Work includes the construction of two 2-family owner occupied houses at 31 and 35 Adams Street. PLEASE NOTE: - This project is subject to CHRO Set Aside requirements. Set aside affirmative action plans must be submitted by all trade contractors over $50K CHRO. Waterbury *Good Jobs* ordinance is applicable to this project. - This project is Tax Exempt. This project is not subject to residential prevailing wage rates. - A pre-bid is currently not scheduled.
