Bid proposals enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as SEALED BID - 2023 Facility HVAC Improvements for Sugar Creek Golf Course and addressed to Elmhurst Park District, 375 W. First Street, Elmhurst, IL 60126. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the base bid will be required to accompany bid proposals for this project. The Elmhurst Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This is a Prevailing Wage Schedule Project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are to pay the prevailing wage for Du Page/Cook County for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with all changes.
