Renovation of an educational facility in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose of this quick quote is to obtain quotes from experienced, competent, properly trained and licensed contractors to modify and install catwalks and railings as per the attached drawings and specifications at Rural Point Elementary School. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to install catwalks and railings. The Contractor is responsible for all site prep deemed necessary to complete the work. The Contractor shall keep the property and adjacent areas free from accumulations of debris at all times. At the completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all work-related debris, leaving the work area clean from rubbish. The location of the work is Rural Point Elementary School 7161 Studley Road Mechanicsville, VA 23116 2.5 The work schedule will be coordinated with the Contractor and HCPS with a start date of July 2023 and completion date of September 2023. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7AM to 4PM, however flexibility will be considered through discussions with HCPS staff.
