Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deer Lake, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Options Item # Quantity Unit Desciptions Projects consists of ex- cavation and placement of precast concrete, stormwater boxes and related corrugated pip- ing along with finish swale grading on the 200 Block of Maple Boulevard within Bor- ough of Deer Lake All bidders must contact the Borough Project Manager for required site inspection and project review prior to bidding. Borough to award any option based upon budget con- straints. Proof of pre- quilification required with bid submittal. Bid- ders required to review project locations with municipality. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 250.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. For third class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
