Renovation of a municipal facility in Castlegar, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Castlegar is seeking to obtain bids to complete the HVAC ventilation upgrades for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, at their Civic Works building located at 4500 Minto Road, Castlegar, BC. The scope includes but is not limited to a new HRV in the mains shop, a new HRV in an office and support area, new unit heaters complete with associated outdoor air inlets, and new economizers for several existing rooftop units. Along with the supply and installation of this equipment are the associated ducting, controls work, electrical work, TAB, commissioning, and all other works as required to provide for a fully functional and complete system.
