Hazardous materials abatement and management of approx. 212 sq ft of asbestos-containing soundboards in classroom K11 based on the results of the Pre-Renovation Hazardous Materials Survey Report attached as Appendix E, Asbestos Risk Assessment - Soundboard attached as Appendix F and Asbestos Safe Work Procedure - Sound Board attached as Appendix G. The College will retain an occupational hygienist for the duration of the project. The responsibilities of this hygienist will include collection and analysis of daily and clearance air samples, post-abatement clearance inspection of the work area and preparation of the final asbestos abatement clearance letter. Schedule of Work Completion by May 19, 2023
