Bid Bond -5 % Performance Bond -100 % Maintenance Bond -25 % Labor and Materials Bond-100 % General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The Work covered by the Contract Documents comprises the following: 1. Mechanical and Electrical work at the City's elevated tanks located at 914 N W Avenue, Jackson, MI 49202 and 2506 Tyson Street, Jackson, MI 49203. 2. Mechanical, Electrical, and General Trades work at the Jackson Water Treatment Plant at 740 East Mansion Street, Jackson, MI 49203. 3. Electrical work at the Ella Sharp Well Field within Ella Sharp Park. 4. All work to be completed for the City of Jackson, Owner.
