Mill and overlay existing asphalt, repave existing asphalt drives and parking areas, remove existing tree/landscaping, add concrete pavement to ADA parking spaces, add concrete sidewalk to existing ADA ramp, add gravel infiltration areas, and updates to site lighting, as well as other work items associated with the above.
