Old Mill Commons Lift Station Rehabilitation The Village of Lincolnshire will receive sealed proposals. The proposed project consists of rehabilitation of the liftstation "Old Mill Commons", in which the pumps, discharge piping, wet well, control panel, electric and concrete/asphalt will be improved. All Contracts for Public Works are subject to the IllinoisPrevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570).The Village of Lincolnshire reserves the right to defer theacceptance of a proposal for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days after the date proposals are received and to accept or reject all proposals and to waive technicalities andto accept the proposal which best meets the needs and requirements of the municipalities as outlined in the Requestfor Proposals. The project consists of the rehabilitation of the Old Mill Common Lift Station, located in Lincolnshire, just north of Half Day Road and west of Old Mill Road, in the northeast corner of Old Mill Common Park. The project includes the rehabilitation of the existing steel wet well, internal structural lining, replacement of the existing submersible pumps, piping, valves, wet well cover and electrical equipment, and restoration, and other related and incidental work.
