This invitation to tender consists of elevator full maintenance services for the NB regional offices. Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the specifications of the tender. The Province reserves the right to award to the lowest compliant total bid in either each individual region, or a combination of regions based on the best value and options available. Prior to contract award, the Department may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, may result in the disqualification of the vendor's bid. This contract shall be from May 1, 2023 until April 30, 2025 and may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon written mutual agreement.
