Renovation of a residential development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Installation of all new domestic cold, hot, and hot water return mains and risers throughout (7 storeys plus basement) complete with temporary connection point for existing domestic hot water system. .2 Installation of new gas fired domestic water heaters (x2) and relocation of existing gas fired domestic water heaters (x2) and all associated natural gas piping, valves, fittings and venting. .3 Installation of new domestic water entrance fed from municipal services and decommissioning of existing water entrance. .4 Installation of new apartment unit plumbing distribution piping (x86 apartment units) and connections to existing plumbing fixtures. New apartment distribution to be connected to new riser system. Provide initial mock-up of apartment piping distribution for on-site review. .5 Installation of new plumbing distribution to common area washroom existing fixtures and other common area facilities. Connection into new facility mains and risers. .6 Demolition of obsolete systems when all apartment units are on new distribution system.
