Renovation of a municipal facility in Le Mars, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Question Deadline: 4/16/2023 10:00 PM (CT) DOT is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all equipment, materials and labor needed to clean and prepare roof area. Reference manufacturer requirements to patch insulation and membrane in section where membrane & insulation has been damaged at the LeMars DOT Maintenance Facility. Work to also include filling the cracks on remaining membrane on dome and providing new coating over entire dome. All new work to comply with manufactures requires for providing 10 year roof warranty. Reference photos and membrane specifications in the attachment section of the proposal. Off-site disposal of all demolition debris is required. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the IONwave Bid system through the cut off period for question submissions.
