Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairfax, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 23, 2023, project was awarded to Prus Construction, awarded amount is $183,479.50.** This Project will consist of removal and replacement of approximately 960 square yards of asphalt pavement, installation of 103 feet of storm sewer, removal and replacement of two (2) trench drains, removal of 413 square feet of concrete pavement and replacement of 539 square feet of concrete pavement. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements within Hamilton County and the Village of Fairfax, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division (614) 644-2239. Each bidder is required to furnish with its Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than AUGUST 31, 2023.
