**As of May 22, 2023, project was awarded to T & T Commercial Services. but awarded amount is not available.** Provide and Install (1) Mini Split System, (2) Multi-head Mini Split Systems, (5) Mechanical Split Systems, (1) Pad Mount Unit, (4) Wall Mounted Electric Heat Units, (8) Rooftop Exhaust Fans and (1) Whole Home Dehumidifier. Cartersville City Schools Central Office (15 Nelson Street, Cartersville, Ga.) 1. Remove (5) existing split system units and replace with Owner approved system. 2. Remove (4) existing electric wall heaters and replace with Owner approved system. 3. Remove (6) existing rooftop exhaust fans and replace with Owner approved system. 4. Provide and install (1) whole home dehumidifier. Cartersville High School Concession Stands (320 East Church Street, Cartersville, Ga.) 1. Provide and install (2) multi-head mini splits Owner approved systems. 2. Contractor is responsible all required electrical installations. 3. Remove (2) existing rooftop exhaust fans and replace with Owner approved units. Cartersville City Schools Maintenance Facility (150 Milner Road, Cartersville, Ga.) 1. Remove (1) existing split system unit and replace with Owner approved system. 2. Remove existing pad mount unit and replace with Owner approved system.
