Bridge Railing, Installation of Railing Anchors, Railing Removal ,Installation of Corrugated Guide Rail, Bridge Rail to Guide Rail Transitions. -work shall consist of furnishing and erecting bridge railing -This work shall consist of the installation of bridge railing anchors.-This work shall consist of the installation and setting of new heavy post blocked out corrugated beam guide railing Each bid must be accompanied by either a certified check on a solvent bank or trust company acceptable to the Town, or a bid bond from a surety prepared in such a form as is acceptable by the Town. The certified check or bid bond shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price and be made payable to the Town of Smithtown as assurance that the contract will be executed if awarded to such bidders. The Town of Smithtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids_ All bids must be submitted intact. Do not remove any pages_ Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements must accompany each bid. The Town of Smithtown encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate in all bids.
