Marion Township Trustees, Hocking County will be accepting sealed bids for POLYMER MODIFIED AS- PHALT delivered and applied for the purpose of Chip & Seal for various roads in Marion Township. Bids shall include application of cover aggregate with a variable width stone box. Cover aggregate will be supplied by Marion Township. Bids are to include price per gallon, all labor, materials, pre-broom, post compaction, and traffic control to complete the project as specified by the Board of Marion Township Trustees. All bids must be in sealed envelopes labeled "Chip & Seal Bid". Compa- ny that is awarded the "Chip & Seal Bid" must provide Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000.00 with Marion Township Trustees as the Certificate Holder within seven (7) business days, and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
