Renovation of a mixed-use development in Honea Path, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Any Proposer may withdraw his Proposal prior to the closing time scheduled for the receipt of proposals. No Proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The District reserves the right to award the contracts for a period of forty-five (45) days. Anderson School District Two is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to paint and repair classroom, hallway and gym walls at each of our seven schools. Classrooms will be painted with Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial PreCat Epoxy paint and several colors will need to be matched by the vendor. Where moisture has been identified, the area must be prepped back to the stable substrate then primed with Loxon Pimer with an additional application of two coats of PreCat Epoxy. Areas with murals will need to be primed with Problock Latex Primer and then have two coats of finish paint applied. Vendor must provide lifts and floors must be protected when lift is needed. Work may begin June 5, 2023 and must be completed by July 10, 2023. See below for square footage and specific instructions.
