Question Submission Deadline October 9, 2023, 5:00pm Vendor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to remove the overburden soil in preparation for the Municipal Solid Waste (class 3) Unit 4 Cell 4 (12 acres) of the Twin Chimneys Landfill. Contractor shall provide materials and perform all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings prepared by HDR Engineering, Inc of the Carolinas, and in accordance to federal, state and local codes. See Specifications and Drawings (Attachments C & D). The County desires the project to be Substantial complete within 240 days with final completion within 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
